Black Rubber Tube Cover with 4-Flat Holder, Packaged on 10/29/10 to give to my son for christmas, then on 12/03/10 i was informed that it was not in stock and they did not know when they would have it back in stock. i was very upset and disappointed so i immediately wrote a negative review on them. within 1 hour i was called by a manager who was very nice and apolagetic. not only did give me a refund for my order, he had found another company that had the exact same CURT Manufacturing 21728 2 In.
