I received a call from a manager at Amazon where we spoke about an issue I had with receiving a ACDelco 15-81773 GM Original Equipment HVAC Blower Motor where ultimately I had to pick ACDelco 15-81773 GM Original Equipment HVAC Blower Motor up at a FedEx distribution center, when I could not arrange to have it delivered there for my pick up. He did acknowledge that I had a right to be upset and that mistakes were made in dealing with this situation. A significant amount of integrity was displayed by these actions and also an offer for amends in the future. I will be following up with an email to be passed onto their CEO on how to adjust their shipping process to allow some more flexibility and still protect from fraud.
